barbieliever Is the crepe scarf sewn to the jacket all the way to the hem? or can it be tied into a knot or bow at neck or waist?

britamor @barbieliever hi! the floral part is connected all the way down the black part, but I used this as a pirate costume piece and was still able to tie it at the waist with flowy-ness still at the bottom around my hips (if this helps kinda judge its tying abilities)
