Q Love Fit & Flare Flocked Rose Dress

Worn once for an occasion! Size tag removed as it was itchy, see measurements below (seems like a medium). Material is stretchy, guessing it is polyester & spandex. There rose design is flocked and fuzzy! Waist is 14 inches flat, bust is 16 inches flat, but both will stretch a few more inches. Keyhole back of neck closure and mesh V on back. Skirt has pleats and chest has lace. Length from shoulder to hem is about 34 inches. Adorable!
