QGI 925 Italy Sterling Silver Chain Champagne Pearl Diamond Accent Pendant Small

The chain is signed/stamped: QGI 925 Italy & the bail of the pendant is stamped 925. The length of the chain is approx. 20" long. The pendant measures approx. 7/8" from the top of the bail to the lowest point & just under 1/2" across the widest point. The pearl looks to be champagne in color. There are three clear stones on the side of the pendant & they all test positive for diamonds, using my diamond selector II. I do not see double refraction when using my loupe, so I do not think they are moissanite stones. Very good condition with light signs of use.
