A beautiful aqua / turquoise cotton and silk dress from Qi. Perfect for a wedding. NWOT. I pulled too hard when taking off the price tag so the label is partly coming off. Very reduced because of that! Was going to wear to an event but changed my mind. Purchased from GILT. Can be worn as a halter or strapless- has built in cups! Has boning and an extra strap inside for more support. Waist is approx 26 in and has no stretch. Too small for my mannequin. Best suited for very slender ladies Size XS
