Quacker Factory bling zip vest, Small. Fits like a medium. So cute!

This vest is a cotton/poly blend and super soft. The blingy zipper dazzles it up. It was hard to get a pic of the shininess. The zipper is in new condition, but it is easiest to zip and unzip when it’s straight. I also believe it runs bigger. The tag says small, but I’m a med/lrg and it fits. Pit to pit 19” Spine 27”
