Quality Handmade Cow Jumps Over The Moon Dress

Loved it, wore twice, but I'm getting a little big for it and unlikely to get smaller This dress is SO sweet all around - it really looks and feels like it was someone's home project, where they went to the fabric store, picked the cow-jumps-over-the-moon fabric they thought was cute, and made a perfect little dress out of it.
