Quantum Quattro Stone Pendant

Pendant of a natural quantum quattro stone in a 925 silver plated frame. Measures 2 1/8 inches long, 1 3/8 inch wide. Quantum Quattro Crystal is a unique mineral composite that combines five powerful healing stones: Shattuckite, Chrysocolla, Dioptase, Smoky Quartz, and Malachite. Quantum Quattro is a trade name given to a combination rock originating from Namibia, which has not been classified by the International Mineralogical Union. The minerals that make up Quantum Quattro Silica include silicon dioxide, shattuckite, chrysocolla, dioptase, and malachite, as well as Quartz found in the oxidation zone of copper deposits. Recently, in 2018, copper mines in parts of Peru have been discovered that produce a variation of Quantum Quattro. This variation contains a combination of smokey quartz, malachite, quartz, and Cuprite . This poses a challenge for mining companies, as registering a name such as "quantum quattro" can lead to confusion due to the copper variations that form. Despite this, technically, the Peruvian variation is still considered a type of Quantum Quattro.
