Que Pasa brand shorts NWT from the late 80's

I used to have a pair of jeans with three belts in the late 80's so I bought these recent l'y thinking I could just lose weight and fit an 11. But these are smaller than a modern 11 and I don't think I will ever get there. :). They're so cute though. Inches shown in pics.
