Quedoris Plants Tiered Ruffle Dress

Quedoris plants print spaghetti strap dress with smocked bodice and bottom ruffled tier. Tag says size 135, which I believe is generally an 8/9. I would say this is closest to a 10/12 in my experience. The straps are not adjustable, but the bodice is very stretchy since it is smocked. The material itself has a slight give but does not really stretch due to being almost entirely polyester. I believe this is from Amazon. 95% Polyester/5% Spandex. This is crossposted. PLAY for general wash wear and some picks/pulls/a couple spots throughout. Please see all pictures for examples. Note that this item has a noticeable lingering laundry product smell.
