The company was founded in 1795 and operates in Sandyford, Stoke-on-Trent, England. The teapot is 7" high. It is 10" from the tip of the spout to the outer handle. The top opening is 3.75" in diameter. The base has a 4" diameter. In the world of tea, this is a 5-cup teacup. The lid has a small tab on the inside to help prevent it falling when the tea is poured.
