Question Everything Toddler Smocked Dress

A sweet smocked dress from Question Everything in a ditsy floral print. This has never been worn but does have a small burn mark on the front skirt. It came to me like this, so I'm just selling to get rid of it. May be repaired with something creative if that's you!
