Questions by Say What? Very unique tank top shaped sequins dress. Mesh like fabric on front at top and at straps. Starts with green sequins on front then changes to blue sequins along the bottom. The back appears to have look of thin stretch sweater fabric and is solid green. Worn possibly twice. Can be dressed up and down according to shoes. Non smoking home.
