kacisharp @mimi408 I took 2 doses of them and did the insanity work out, It works really well on boosting your energy and minimizing your appetite😊 unfortunately I have up my work out and have these extra pills laying around lol! The energy you get from them is pretty nice, but like all over the counter diet pills to get the best results working out and eating healthy play a big role :/ and I'm kinda lazy. But sorry for my big paragraph about this ill drop the price if you want or anything just let me know :)

kacisharp @brittanie For me I ate very little and energy to exercise with these pills. I only took then for a couple days and with the work outs and exercise I lost about 3 pounds. Thats only for 3 days of taking them tho, so if you like them theres more you can buy in a bigger bottle... Its pretty expensive tho. I stopped taking them and doing the work outs and kept a very healthy and tiny diet and all together i dropped 12 pounds. So I would call these more of energy boosters and appetite reduction pills.

kacisharp @brittanie Hey! Im sorry i fell asleep! But for these pills i only took 2 in the morning, enough to give me energy, but only 2 a day. You can take them twice a day if you want to but I didnt want to be energized for bed time lol. I think they're worth a try, you might really like them :). Another good brand of diet pills is ACE. My sister found those very helpful. You should test a few out and see what you like the best :). I could bundle the trade for you :)
