Quicksilver short blue floral dress

Beautiful medium Quicksilver short blue floral dress. The dress consists of two layers, with an outer thin floral dress and underlying attached dress (see photo). There is pleat detail towards the shoulders and buttons from the waist to neckline. The measurements when flat are: length 34”, shoulders 16”, waist 14.5”. The dress has been worn twice and is in excellent condition.
