Good condition - no marks or defects but has two small spots of surf wax inside the waistband (see pics) - likely will come out with a warm wash cloth & won't show on the outside anyway vibrant, bright, fun Quiksilver Highline shorts - fun for pool parties or the beach. if you have kids, they'll think the colors are super fun worn only a few times, see the same pair in purple for measurement
