Quilted Black Jacket with Patterned Interior

Briggs New York quilted layering piece with silver snap closures and a fun patterned interior that you can use as a peekaboo element for color. I am listing this as a jacket since it is shaped as such, but it is lightweight and more like a jacket shaped cardigan if it were different material. Or just a different type of shirt. Black quilted exterior with blue, tan, brown, and white paisley interior. Gorgeous from a distance, no fading and never should, still looks brand new, except… My only issue with this item is that the material filling the quilting makes the exterior have white fuzzy strings as shown in the photos. It is clean as a whistle, those are just polyester batting/strings that I have no idea how to clean up. Maybe you do?
