Short-sleeved dress by Ann Taylor Loft. Zipper closure in the back. Flattering fit & I love the slight flare at the bottom. Size small. Pit to pit 17.5, shoulder hem to bottom 33.5, measurements are approx & taken laying flat. Thank you :)
