jmille38 @adrienne_6411 the Small fits up to a 24” circumference, while the Medium fits up to a 30” circumference. I hope that helps!

flowerfairy12 I have 2 Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. One is 13 lbs w/ a chest band of 17" I think, and the other is a 22.5 lb (over weight, oops) with a chest of 21"

flowerfairy12 I put in an offer on the Medium. The small fits my 13 lb Cavalier well who has a chest of 17" but didn't fit my 22.5 lb Cavalier who has a chest of 21". Do you think the Medium will fit him or should I get a large? I'm afraid the large will be too big, I put in an offer on the Medium.
