Quilted denim chambray zip up jacket Medium

Denim chambray quilted jacket. Zips up. Elastic on sleeves, hem and collar. Lined. Cotton blend. Machine wash. Brand is Harper + Liv. The tag reads size 16, but note that this fits like a US Medium. See measurements below. It's in good pre-owned condition. There's a small hole in the tag where a tag would have been attached, and some slight pilling along fabric of the neck and sleeve edges which you can see in the last photo.
