Quilted shoulder bag square bottom handmade

Quilted bag square bottom, appears to be handmade. No tags or pockets. Navy with other colors throughout. Note: small hole in the bottom which I’m assuming could be easily patched. Also some fraying on handles Approx measurements when lying flat 15” across at top in both directions when flat 12” bag height plus 12” shoulder drop 9” square bottom
