veronique019 Sorry for so many questions. Is this waterproof? We are going somewhere very cold . We are Floridians and will never use again lol but want to make sure we get proper attire. Does this run small? Are they made to where we can layer underneath or if your usually a medium should you go one up? Again, sorry for all questions.
