Quinceañera or Prom or Wedding dress. NEVER WORN

This is a size 8, a little on the slimmer side, brand new dress. I paid $900 for this dress. It is from Texas, I have never seen another one like it. You can put multiple or just one petticoat underneath it. You can make it extremely fluffy or leave it as is. The pictures do not show how fluffy it is because it has been kept in a very thick and wonderful beautiful zipper bag. It has a lace bodice in back. The panel underneath the lace bodice is button in. Extremely wonderful quality & stitching
