Quincy Made to Order Black Dress Petite 38 C/D

Quincy dresses were custom made to order. The fabrics used are the same as a high end dress maker. This was such a favorite that I have 4 in black and 1 in hot pink! This dress fits and all are in excellent condition. Approximate measurements: Great stretch to the fabric, estimating size to fit 12P 19.5 inches from armpit to armpit 14.25 inches from top of shoulder to waist (note waist is slightly higher) 19 inches from waist seam to hem
