Quirky Polka Dot and Rose Mystery Sweater

Mystery Sweater! No tag so please refer to measurments in photos. Size listed is my estimate. Is it black? Is it navy blue? Not really sure hence the "mystery" in the title. What I do know is that it is super cute and in good condition, with some signs of wear. I posted a picture of what appears to be a pull...it is hardly noticeable but worth mentioning. I absolutely LOVE this unique item! Great sweater for someone who can appreciate an original looking piece!
