I am not certain of the type of welt but I am certain these can be re-soled. approx measurements - length along exterior bottom - 9.5 in width along widest point along bottom - 3.25 in (note upper is slightly wider at this point) width across upper at widest point - 3.75 in width across insole at heel - 2.25 in length along insole - 8.75 in width along insole at widest point - 3 in interior width across midpoint of where you step into the shoe - 2.5 in in my opinion: these are probably best for boys as the back half of the shoe runs wide for a women's shoe. condition - excellent. essentially like new. some surficial wear to the outsole. one of the heels has a spot where it is a bit angular along the curve instead of being a smooth curve but it came that way and is not very noticeable if wearing the shoe. please feel free to ask any questions you may have.
