@tarranmariahlee Hi! Yes, these are true to size. The heel is just a bit too high for me due to a foot injury, so I only wore these one time.
I find the block heel comfortable and stable. There isn't much padding in the shoe, which is a pretty standard practice with fashion-forward footwear, but there is enough room to add-in some Dr. Scholl's gel pads or wear a thicker socker. All depends on your preference!
