38 France = 28 in USA- fit like a 26-28 because they are super stretchy! Bought these cute Jegging Style pants when I visited France a few years ago! Hip Hugging & Gold Button detail Only worn 2-3 times & have been sitting in my closet for years waiting to be worn again! Light greenish color! PERFECT to dress up with some Gold jewelry, high heels, or dress down for a summer night out! One small water mark on the right knee (not visible at all when on but only shown in picture with flash on)
