R E T R O High Waist Short

Not 100% sure but pretty certain these are vintage. Super high waisted, vertically striped shorts! I’m usually a 4 but being 100% cotton, the waist just doesn’t fit. Darn! The inseam is on the longer side, +3” and look super cute rolled or unrolled! Two front pockets and a hidden side zip and button closure to make them look extra sleek and give you a super tapered appearance. Yellow red white and blue!
