R & M Richards petite dress and jacket, Size 12P

Long green sleeveless dress that ties in back with removable jacket. Jacket is 3/4 sleeve, tan with green accents and a pink floral print. It is also semi sheer with attached shoulder pads. Dress is lined. There is a place at the bottom hem where there is a snag (pic 9). Other than that a beautiful dress in excellent condition!
