R. Vivimos vermillion shirred halter maxi dress with tiered layers NWT

This brilliant vermillion (red-orange) NWT-shirred top halter maxi dress with tiered layers from R. Vivimos is a great vacation dress! The top section has shirred elastic in front and features elastic around the neck in addition to ties. Two elastic strips cross the back for a great design. The back has an adjustable waist, with silver tone metal-tipped ties that adjust to fit your frame (no elastic).There are three tiers of ruffles above the bottom hem. Measurements: Length of shirred elastic top section: 9"; Waist measured flat (adjustable from 10" to 20.5"); Length (including 1"waistband) is 42". Material (not listed). * Note: This dress is new with tags. However, the elastic shirring at the top appears stretched out (see last photo).
