R and m Richard's dress 👗

this dress has been worn once . it is like 3/4 sleeve and I'm 5 3 gits below the knee. looks great with knee high boots . the piece in middle that is sewn to dress had 3 places to attach to dress only 2 are attached. can be reattached just needs some sewing done to jewel piece in front. thanks for looking reasonable offers considered all sales final if not understand what mean about jewel lmk I will post issue
