R13 shredded denim jean shorts M made in Italy

Used condition, size 29 but runs small so check out measurements. It feels like 27 to me. I am normally 28, I can put them on but they are too tight for me to wear them comfortably. I am listing them as medium because I feel saying size 29 would be misleading waist: 15” flat hips: 18” flat
