Beautiful mermaid long prom/pageant dress that will turn heads. True to size. Has several layers. Inner layer from knee to the floor has a ruffle stiff tulle to give that puffy look. First layer dress is a lavender 100% polyester material. Top layer has light blue lace with handmade stitch beading. Has a rubber grip to hold the chest up and inner zipper. Does has lite stains on the bottom inner layer that cannot be seen. Measurements are approx. waist: 12.5 inches, hips: 18 in
