A brand new RACHEL Rachel Roy blue tunic NWOT (never been worn). Has a banded collar and placket opening (without buttons or snaps) in front and slight cap sleeves with 2 pockets. There is a large center pleat in the back. It is size OX (45-46" at the bust) with a tuxedo hem 36" long in the front & 48" at the longest point in the back. Looks great with or without leggings.
