Gorgeous Rachel Roy ruffle top. Ruffles lay and move beautifully, and aren’t annoying or overwhelming. Perfect condition from never being worn. Can be worn with higher waist pants or skirt (as seen in pictures). It’s considered a crop top but has more length to play with. For reference, I’m 5’5 with a 36D chest. Although it’s a size XS, it’s loose enough to fit even larger chests.
