RACHEL by Rachel Roy Timeless Dress

I am obsessed with this RACHEL by Rachel Roy dress and am ONLY selling it because it does not fit and I will likely never wear it again. It is absolutely beautiful in person and the quality is excellent. Worn to a wedding ONE time this dress and jacket are virtually brand new. Dress is size 4 - I would say this is a small running 4. Jacket is sold in a separate listing.
