glamorouskati @ccrus1 yes it can! I know many people that also hang them and put birdseed in them for the birds. Some just use as a display in their garden or on their patio. It can be placed wherever you wish

glamorouskati @ccrus1 I have 3 posted here. Not yellow. Yellow is my daughters favorite color also 💛 But will be going to the stores tomorrow and definitely will be on the Dunn hunt.🙃 I have work meetings this afternoon and I do improv and I have that Tuesday nights.
