The cutest high rise mini skirt ! Absolutely fell in love when I bought it - my mistake I tried on a size above it and it was too big so I picked up this one without paying attention - it had a cut on waist and it was too tight in hips. Would have sewed and kept if it fit me - store refused a return bc it wasn’t caught when purchased. My loss - but total win for the purchaser of the precious skirt!
