Awesome vintage piece! This ties with one closure at chest level. Sleeves have a lettuce hem. The velvet is still luxurious. There is a scuff near the bottom right, as noted in pictures. This has been gently loved. Would make an awesome addition to a variety of Halloween costumes, or just a really cool piece to add to your wardrobe.
