ali_c17 @nythomas Hey girl no definitely not I am usually an xs/ s with a big bust (so ordered both) and they both fit well. The tie in front is not already done up for you, so you can make it as tight/ loose as you want. The only thing is that it's pretty short, how tall are you? I planned on wearing it either on a day I was wearing a swim suit or maybe w/ little shorts.. but then again short to some is not short to everyone haha
