From RAINS: Liner Jacket is a versatile transitional piece, designed to be worn under outerwear or as a light top layer. The water-repellent quilted jacket can be attached to designs from the Rains’ Essential rainwear collection via its signature back mounted strap. It’s a gender neutral piece. Liner Jacket features an O-neck, chest pocket with concealed zip, and concealed side pockets. The design is cut from a ripstop polyester, developed to be soft yet durable, water-repellent, and breathable. Water repellent Lightweight Breathable Attaches to rainwear with back snap loop PLEASE NOTE: The snap that holds the RAINS back strap closed fell off. The snap had no holes for sewing back on, so it’s got JB-WELD holding it on. That will hold it on for eternity as long as you don’t yank hard. You can see in the photo how some glue excess remains. However the snap is functional, and the loop itself covers the blemish. NBD.
