Reposhing this item I purchased from @likim. Loved it, but decided to wear something else to my wedding reception. Bust: 16 inches across (measured flat) Length: 32 inches from top seam to bottom hem Waist: 13 inches across (measured flat) The fabric has a good amount of stretch, the skirt is fully lined, and there is flexible boning in the bodice for some structure/support.
