Ok so i’m just really annoyed with Gymshark. yesterday they released their Sol Lift collection which was a collection i was extremely excited about. so i sat down and waited all day until it went live. the very second it went live i put the things i wanted in my basket. and somehow within 2 minutes everything i had in my basket was “sold out”. did anyone else have this experience? i wonder if they had bots on the site or something. i’m just very sad and disappointed because of how excited i was.

@paigem_218 exactly, and i thought maybe i’d be lucky because i really didn’t see that much hype over this collection. i didn’t see many athletes post about it so i thought it would be super easy. but no i was wrong. you would think after all their releases they would know to have more stock because of how popular they are. oh well 🤷🏼♀️

@dalmery EXACTLY like you think they’d get it by now. they’ve done so many releases, it shouldn’t be like this. honestly starting to like alphalete a little more now because i can always get their new launches and their customer service (my experience) is top notch...cannot say the same for gymshark which sucks. boutta just spend the money i was going to on gymshark on some alphalete stuff because i’m petty 😂

@charlotteemma14 sis it’s actually crazy. they need like a system in place to protect against bots because selling out in 2 minutes is literally humanly impossible. you would think they’d be doing better after so many launches but 🤦🏼♀️ i guess not

SAME! I was so prepared with my credit card info just ready to be pasted. By 11:01 i had 7 items [ for my sister cousin and I] and by the time I checked out, the yellow was gone, by the time I pasted my credit card info, EVERYTHING was gone. It was 11:02

@jazzrivera778 😑 they do. The scarcity tactic. It’s super irritating for people who would buy them regardless of the scarcity. The items actually went live 1 min prior, I noticed. I was able to get the “gray” shorts in a small and medium to see which one would fit better, but only those. They also didn’t release all of the colors in the emails and promos they sent. So most likely they’ll have a second release with the other colors 🤞🏼

I was able to get the yellow and coral sets. My payment was taken out and I got a confirmation email. Today (a week later) I received the yellow set only, and an email saying the pink set was now “sold out”. So even people who did complete orders didn’t get our stuff.

I’ve been checking on their site every day since that launch and before with their legacy shorts launch, to see if anyyyything has come back in stock because almost all of their shorts are out of stock! Emailed asking about restocks and some aren’t coming back and some are restocking in the next 2 weeks. Been looking around at other places tho to see if I can get anything similar anywhere else
