@classicplastic ~ Hi! π Sorry that took forever, but the flat measurement of the waist is 14.5" inches. So that is a 29" waist, but it also stretches a little, up to 32". As described: It fits only up to a women's size large. I would consider the sizing for long term use, since it is a very nice skirt.πΉ
