RARE Anthropologie Floral Pleated A-line Skirt

Sigh. I wanted this skirt to fit so, so badly that it's sat in my closet patiently waiting for years. But alas, I didn't miraculously drop two pants sizes. 😆 It's new without tags, though it does have thread damage to the waist from being hung. Easily fixable. Marked a size 6, but fits a 2 or small 4. Very, very rare Anthro piece.
