RARE Bill Tice Vintage Designer Black Evening Dress with Gold Shoulder Details

RARE vintage 1970's - 80's jet black evening dress with gold shoulder details by designer Bill Tice. A collectible piece by designer Bill Tice, this is a jet black silky soft full length evening gown with high side slit. The shoulders have a very disco gold glittery quilted swirl design. V-neck with long sleeves. Pullover style with no zippers or closures. This dress clings to everrrry curve!! Unlined. This has a very 1920's cocoon gown feel with a blousey bust that tapers to a more fitted feel at the hips. Shown modeled with a belt but no belt included.
