RARE CATH KIDSTON Blue penguins sz M circle skirt

I have two of these adorable skirts in my store Poshmark closet which are classically vintage and hard to find in these prints! This blue penguin print is very rare! Both are size medium with an elastic waist. This skirt is not lined but has pockets and is made of 100% cotton. Waist laying flat is approximately 14 inches but stretches to almost 20 inches! Overall length from waist to hem is approximately 21 inches Appears to be new without tags. Bundle up and save!!
