**RARE** DC Shoes the SPOTTED PIG women Size 7

In 2007 DC made a limited edition shoe that was a collaboration with hip New York City gastropub, the Spotted Pig. The Spotted Pig was one of the hottest restaurants in West Village. Among the Spotted Pig’s celebrity investors were Michael Stipe and Jay-Z. Sadly, it closed in Jan 2020 due to a problematic work environment. DC originally made the shoe exclusively for the restaurant’s staff, meaning you had to steal them off a waiter’s feet if you wanted a pair. Staff members were being offered hundreds of dollars for their work sneakers, leaving some waiters walking home barefoot with fat pockets. Due to demand and buzz, the DC Spotted Pig shoes were available in limited numbers in cream, black & white and orange at boutiques worldwide, making this shoe line extremely hard to find. Even MORE RARE is to find a pair in such excellent condition some 15 yrs later.
