RARE! Darbury Stenderu dress

This dress is so beautiful. I bought it back in the day when I lived in Seattle. She was my most favorite designer. But 20+ years have passed and this dress doesn’t fit me in the chest area. I am 5’5” and in hits a little below my knees. I believe the material is crepe d’ chine (?)
