RARE Dries Van Noten leather belt ornate buckle

Dark brown leather belt with ornate buckle. EUC measures 42" from end to end, no tears or signs of damage or fading, there appears to be one additional hole punched that is not original. The intricate buckle design is reminiscent of a Latvian "sakta" or brooch used to fasten traditional Latvian attire. I've included photos from many angles to try to capture the beauty of this piece.
